The Project Launch is when you develop concrete objectives for the convening and set up team members and partnerships for success. This is the time to think big, get out-of-the-box and turn an eye toward innovation. Take the time early on to consider all options, to research successful session and meeting design, as well as available venues that optimize the participant experience, and to let every team member suggest ideas. Revisit questions of innovation as the annotated agenda is developed and finalized.
